About the Role

PictureMeWorld is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple holiday photo locations throughout the season. This role is responsible for managing 5 to 10 locations, leading Sales and Photography Leads, and ensuring consistent execution, performance, and brand standards across the district.

The District Manager plays a critical leadership role in the success of the holiday program by driving sales, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring every location delivers a high quality guest experience. This position requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to manage multiple teams in a fast paced seasonal environment.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Oversight

• Manage, coach, and support Sales and Photography Leads across multiple locations
• Conduct regular check ins to ensure performance, morale, and accountability
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training leadership staff
• Build strong teams that deliver consistent results across all locations

Operations and Setup

• Oversee preseason planning, setup, and launch of all assigned locations
• Ensure all equipment, inventory, and staffing are prepared and operational before opening day
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues across locations quickly and effectively
• Ensure all locations are maintained, organized, and operating efficiently

Sales and Performance

• Drive revenue across all assigned locations by monitoring sales performance and coaching teams
• Ensure teams are maximizing photo packages, upsells, and guest experience opportunities
• Monitor labor and staffing to stay within budget while maintaining service quality
• Identify underperforming locations and implement solutions

Reporting and Compliance

• Review daily and weekly reports for accuracy and performance tracking
• Ensure all financial procedures including deposits and documentation are followed correctly
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Communicate updates, issues, and performance insights to senior leadership

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma required, college degree preferred
• Availability to travel between locations regularly
• Availability during evenings, weekends, and peak holiday dates
• Must attend preseason training and planning meetings
• Ability to stand for long periods and assist with physical setup when needed
• Reliable transportation required

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multiple retail or event locations
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and team accountability
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, and labor management
• Familiarity with POS systems and operational reporting
• Background in photography or seasonal activations is a plus
